The study programme of eye optics is intended for persons who want to work in the area of optometry and eye optics. By completing the professional study programme Eye Optics the students acquire knowledge and skills in optometric activities.

The professional competences: optical correction of refraction and other eye anomalies, independent determination and implementation of necessary eyeglasses, contact lenses and other visual aids, recognizing anomalies of the visual system, ergonomics of vision, counselling about proper use of spectacles and contact lenses and other visual aids
